Several years ago, during COVID, I wrote about whether homeowner and condominium associations should relax their normal assessment collection practices. Many boards were understandably concerned about owners facing financial problems. We are starting to get similar questions again as some owners face tighter household budgets and associations continue to deal with rising costs. Community Association Law Day 2019 – Charlotte, NC

Law Day is one of the NC Community Associations Institute’s most popular programs. Attendees include HOA/condo board members, community leaders, and community managers.
