Blakley Jones, based in the Charlotte office, will practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. She advises homeowner and condominium associations on governance, operations, litigation, and real estate matters. Before joining Law Firm Carolinas, she practiced civil litigation in New York, focusing on insurance defense and commercial disputes. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

Graylen Grant, based in the Charlotte office, will practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. He represents homeowner and condominium associations in governance, operations, litigation, real estate, and landlord-tenant matters. Before joining the firm, he practiced civil defense litigation in South Carolina, concentrating on product liability, construction litigation, and asbestos defense. He earned his law degree from the Charleston School of Law.

Frederick C. “Fred” Hulse, based in the Greensboro office, will practice in North Carolina. He advises homeowner, condominium, and townhouse associations on a broad range of community association matters, with a particular focus on assessment collections. Before joining Law Firm Carolinas, he gained experience in employment and labor law, civil litigation, and real estate law. He earned his law degree from Elon University School of Law through its accelerated program.
