Carole Albright, Managing Partner of Law Firm Carolinas, has been recognized by NC Lawyers Weekly as a 2024 Leaders in the Law Honoree. The award recognizes legal professionals who have gone above and beyond in their profession through contributions to the practice of law as well as service to the broader community.
Carole is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law as well as a Certified Parenting Counselor and is past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Greensboro Bar Association. She co-chaired and helped organize and lead the Course Planning Committee of the NC Family Law Specialists for its 2023 CLE in West Virginia. She is also a Registered Parliamentarian with the National Association of Parliamentarians and a member of the American College of Parliamentary Lawyers. Carole has been named to the “Legal Elite” by Business North Carolina Magazine, is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and named to Best Lawyers.
In addition to practicing law, Carole has spent many years teaching law. She is a past Adjunct Legal Research and Writing and Family Law Professor at Wake Forest Law School; past Department Chair and Instructor in the Paralegal Department at Guilford Technical Community College, where she received the Excellence in Teaching Award; Past Professor at Concord Law School; and past Adjunct Family Law Professor in the Guilford College Paralegal Program.
Carole has served in numerous leadership roles in community civic and youth sports programs. She serves on the Board of Directors of Noble Academy and is a Past Board Member and Secretary of the Family Life Council. Within her church, Carole is past Moderator of the Women of the Church at Westminster Presbyterian Church and has served on the Synod Judiciary Committee and Personnel Committee. She is past President of Green Valley Park. Carole has also given significant time to youth sports instruction, including serving for years as the coach for both high school field hockey teams and lacrosse teams.
