Seeking Real Estate Attorney – Greenville, SC

Law Firm Carolinas is seeking a motivated Real Estate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing Greenville, South Carolina office. Our firm is a well- established regional practice known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and practical, results-oriented legal advice.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze preliminary and final title opinions
  • Identify and resolve title issues and coordinate curative actions
  • Conduct residential real estate closings, including meeting with purchasers and sellers to execute loan documents
  • Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, and related transactional materials
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and staff throughout the closing process
  • Ensure compliance with South Carolina real estate laws and lender requirements
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Support the continued growth of the firm’s real estate practice

Qualifications

  • Active South Carolina law license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate law
  • Experience reviewing title and handling closings preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SoftPro Select software is a plus
