Law Firm Carolinas is proud to share that partner Carole Albright has been certified as a Family Financial Mediator by the NC Dispute Resolution Commission through the North Carolina Judicial Branch.
This certification authorizes her to mediate financial disputes in family law cases, including equitable distribution, post-separation support, alimony, child support, and related matters. Certified mediators must complete approved training and meet professional and ethical standards set by the Commission.
Carole brings 30 years of family law experience in Guilford County and surrounding counties to this role. She is also a Board Certified Family Law Specialist and a Certified Parenting Coordinator. Her background gives her a strong understanding of both the legal framework and the practical challenges families face during separation and divorce.
Her goal as a mediator is to provide a calm, neutral setting where parties can have productive conversations, understand their options, and work toward practical, lasting agreements. She strives to keep the process organized and efficient, while giving counsel the space to advocate effectively.
With this certification, Carole is now available to mediate family law financial matters across North Carolina.
