What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations
- Provide practical, strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development efforts and help expand the firm’s family law practice
What We’re Looking For
- Active NC law license
- 3+ years of family law experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
- Interest in client development and long-term practice growth
